Who we are
İşletme Defteri is a bookkeeping app for small businesses in Turkey: accounts, invoices, stock and cash, made by Albovix. For the EU General Data Protection Regulation and Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), Albovix is the data controller. Contact: contact@albovix.com.
Stored on your device
The app saves this information locally so it works between sessions:
- Your customers and suppliers: names, tax or ID numbers, tax offices, addresses, phone numbers, emails and notes
- Your invoices, quotes and delivery notes, with their lines, payments and status (including GİB status and the signed invoice files downloaded from the portal)
- Products, services and stock movements
- Cash income and expenses with their categories and notes
- Your business details and logo, printed on your PDFs, and your settings (numbering, VAT rates, currency, theme, language, list filters)
- If you use GİB: your user code and the environment you chose; your password only if you tick "Remember on this device", and then only in the device keychain
- Daily automatic backup copies, kept on the device, and the backup files you save yourself wherever you choose
This stays on your device and the developer cannot see it.
The database is encrypted on the device with a key kept in the device's secure store. If you turn on your device's own backup (iCloud Backup), the system may include the app's data in that backup under your own Apple account; we have no access to it.
What we collect
Invoices you send to GİB (optional)
Sending invoices to GİB is optional and off until you turn it on in Settings. When you tap Send, Sign or Sync, the app connects from your phone directly to the e-Archive Portal of Turkey's Revenue Administration (GİB, earsivportal.efatura.gov.tr) and logs in with your own Interactive Tax Office user code and password. It sends only what that step needs: the invoice (your business details, the buyer's name, tax or ID number, address and, if you entered them, phone number and e-mail, the lines, prices and VAT), the SMS code you type to sign, a tax number you ask the portal to look up, or the dates of the invoices to compare. None of this reaches us. GİB keeps the invoices you sign as official tax records under Turkish law, in your own taxpayer account and under GİB's own rules; we cannot see, change or delete them. Your GİB password is kept only in your device's keychain, and only if you tick "Remember on this device"; it is never put in backups and never sent anywhere but the portal's login. None of it passes through a server of ours, and none of it is used for advertising or tracking.
We do not collect:
- your name, email or phone number
- your location
- advertising identifiers or any advertising data
- analytics or usage tracking
- crash reports
- your contacts, files or browsing history
Permissions
Internet: used only for the optional GİB feature, only when you tap Send, Sign or Sync, and only to reach GİB's e-Archive Portal. With the feature off, the app never goes online.
Files: your logo, backups and exports are picked or saved through the system's own file dialog and share sheet, so the app only sees the file you choose. No access to your photo library is requested.
Face ID or fingerprint: only if you turn on the app lock. The check is done by your device; the app only learns whether it succeeded, never your face or fingerprint.

Sharing. When you tap a share button, the app hands a short text or image to your device's share sheet. You choose where it goes, or cancel. The app never sends it anywhere by itself.
Rating the app. The app may show your app store's own rating dialog. It is provided by the App Store (Apple's Privacy Policy) or Google Play (Google's Privacy Policy); we do not see your rating or review.
Web pages. Links such as this privacy policy open in your device's browser. The browser and the website follow their own privacy policies.
Not affiliated with GİB. İşletme Defteri is not a product of the Revenue Administration and has no connection with it. It uses the same e-Archive Portal that you can open in a browser, with your own account.
Feedback by email. "Send feedback" opens your own mail app with our address filled in. You see and decide what is sent; we only receive what you send.
Retention and deletion
GİB e-Arşiv Portal. Invoices you signed are official tax records held by GİB in your taxpayer account; they cannot be deleted, only cancelled under GİB's rules. We have no access to them. Drafts you sent but did not sign can be deleted from the app or the portal.
On your device. Uninstalling İşletme Defteri deletes everything it stored on your device.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop processing it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Under GDPR and KVKK you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority (in Turkey, the Personal Data Protection Authority, kvkk.gov.tr). Email contact@albovix.com; we reply within 30 days.
Children
İşletme Defteri is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
Your records stay on your device, protected by your device's own security (passcode, encryption). When you send to GİB e-Arşiv Portal, the app connects to it directly over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) with your device's standard certificate checks; nothing passes through a server of ours.
Changes to this policy
If the app changes in a way that affects this policy, this page is updated and the date at the top changes. Significant changes are also mentioned in the app's release notes.

Biz kimiz

Cihazınızda saklananlar
Uygulama oturumlar arasında çalışabilmek için şunları cihazınızda saklar:
- Müşteri ve tedarikçi kartlarınız: ad, vergi ya da kimlik numarası, vergi dairesi, adres, telefon, e-posta ve notlar
- Faturalarınız, teklifleriniz ve irsaliyeleriniz; kalemleri, tahsilat ve ödemeleri, durumları (GİB durumu ve portaldan indirilen imzalı fatura dosyaları dahil)
- Ürün ve hizmet kartları, stok hareketleri
- Kasa gelir ve giderleri, kategorileri ve notlarıyla
- PDF'lerinize basılan firma bilgileriniz ve logonuz; ayarlarınız (numara serileri, KDV oranları, para birimi, tema, dil, liste filtreleri)
- GİB kullanıyorsanız: kullanıcı kodunuz ve seçtiğiniz ortam; şifreniz yalnızca "Bu cihazda hatırla" işaretliyse ve yalnızca cihazın anahtar zincirinde
- Cihazda tutulan günlük otomatik yedek kopyaları ve kendi seçtiğiniz yere kaydettiğiniz yedek dosyaları
Bunlar cihazınızda kalır ve geliştirici tarafından görülemez.
Veritabanı cihazda, anahtarı cihazın güvenli deposunda duran bir şifreyle korunur. Cihazınızın kendi yedeklemesini (iCloud Yedekleme) açtıysanız sistem uygulama verisini kendi Apple hesabınız altındaki yedeğe ekleyebilir; bu yedeğe bizim erişimimiz yoktur.
Topladıklarımız
GİB'e gönderdiğiniz faturalar (isteğe bağlı)
Faturaları GİB'e göndermek isteğe bağlıdır ve siz Ayarlar'dan açana kadar kapalıdır. Gönder, İmzala ya da Eşitle'ye dokunduğunuzda uygulama telefonunuzdan doğrudan Gelir İdaresi Başkanlığı'nın e-Arşiv Portalı'na (earsivportal.efatura.gov.tr) bağlanır ve kendi İnteraktif Vergi Dairesi kullanıcı kodunuz ve şifrenizle giriş yapar. Yalnızca o adımın gerektirdiğini gönderir: faturanın kendisini (işletme bilgileriniz, alıcının adı, vergi ya da kimlik numarası, adresi ve girdiyseniz telefon numarası ile e-posta adresi, kalemler, fiyatlar ve KDV), imza için yazdığınız SMS kodunu, portalda sorgulamak istediğiniz vergi numarasını ya da karşılaştırılacak faturaların tarih aralığını. Bu bilgilerin hiçbiri bize ulaşmaz. İmzaladığınız faturalar Türk mevzuatı gereği resmî vergi kaydı olarak GİB'de, kendi mükellef hesabınızda ve GİB'in kendi kurallarına göre saklanır; bunları biz göremez, değiştiremez veya silemeyiz. GİB şifreniz yalnızca "Bu cihazda hatırla" seçeneğini işaretlerseniz cihazınızın anahtar zincirinde saklanır; yedeklere hiç girmez ve portalın giriş isteği dışında hiçbir yere gönderilmez. Bunların hiçbiri bizim bir sunucumuzdan geçmez; reklam veya izleme için kullanılmaz.
Bunların dışında hiçbir şey toplanmaz; özellikle şunlar toplanmaz:
- adınız, e-postanız veya telefonunuz
- konumunuz
- reklam kimlikleri veya reklam verisi
- analitik veya kullanım takibi
- çökme raporları
- rehberiniz, dosyalarınız veya tarama geçmişiniz
İzinler
İnternet: yalnızca isteğe bağlı GİB özelliği için, yalnızca Gönder, İmzala ya da Eşitle'ye dokunduğunuzda ve yalnızca GİB e-Arşiv Portalı'na bağlanmak için kullanılır. Özellik kapalıyken uygulama hiç internete çıkmaz.
Dosyalar: logonuz, yedekleriniz ve dışa aktarımlarınız sistemin kendi dosya penceresi ve paylaşım menüsüyle seçilir ya da kaydedilir; uygulama yalnızca seçtiğiniz dosyayı görür. Fotoğraf arşivinize erişim istenmez.
Face ID ya da parmak izi: yalnızca uygulama kilidini açarsanız. Doğrulamayı cihazınız yapar; uygulama yalnızca başarılı olup olmadığını öğrenir, yüzünüzü ya da parmak izinizi asla görmez.

Paylaşma. Paylaş düğmesine bastığınızda uygulama kısa bir metni veya görseli cihazınızın paylaşım menüsüne verir. Nereye gideceğini siz seçersiniz ya da vazgeçersiniz. Uygulama kendi başına hiçbir yere göndermez.
Değerlendirme. Uygulama, mağazanızın kendi değerlendirme penceresini gösterebilir. Bu pencere App Store (Apple Gizlilik Politikası) veya Google Play (Google Gizlilik Politikası) tarafından sağlanır; puanınızı veya yorumunuzu biz görmeyiz.
Web sayfaları. Bu gizlilik politikası gibi bağlantılar cihazınızın tarayıcısında açılır. Tarayıcı ve web sitesi kendi gizlilik politikalarına tabidir.
GİB ile bağı yoktur. İşletme Defteri, Gelir İdaresi Başkanlığı'nın ürünü değildir ve GİB ile bir bağı yoktur. Tarayıcıdan da açabildiğiniz aynı e-Arşiv Portalı'nı, kendi hesabınızla kullanır.
E-postayla geri bildirim. "Geri bildirim gönder" kendi e-posta uygulamanızı adresimiz yazılı olarak açar. Neyin gideceğini siz görür ve siz karar verirsiniz; bize yalnızca sizin gönderdiğiniz ulaşır.
Saklama ve silme
GİB e-Arşiv Portal. İmzaladığınız faturalar, GİB'de mükellef hesabınızda tutulan resmî vergi kayıtlarıdır; silinemez, yalnızca GİB'in kurallarına göre iptal edilebilir. Bizim bunlara erişimimiz yoktur. Gönderip imzalamadığınız taslakları uygulamadan ya da portaldan silebilirsiniz.
Cihazınızda. İşletme Defteri uygulamasını kaldırmak, cihazınızda sakladığı her şeyi siler.
Haklarınız
Nerede yaşarsanız yaşayın, hakkınızda hangi verileri tuttuğumuzu öğrenmeyi, düzeltilmesini, silinmesini veya işlenmesinin durdurulmasını isteyebilir, onayınızı istediğiniz zaman geri alabilirsiniz. KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında ayrıca veri koruma kurumuna (Türkiye'de Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu, kvkk.gov.tr) şikâyet hakkınız vardır. contact@albovix.com adresine yazın; 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız.
Çocuklar
İşletme Defteri 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamayız. Bir çocuğun bize veri verdiğini düşünüyorsanız bize yazın, sileriz.
Güvenlik
Kayıtlarınız cihazınızda kalır ve cihazınızın kendi güvenliğiyle (şifre, şifreleme) korunur. Gönderdiğinizde uygulama GİB e-Arşiv Portal adresine doğrudan, cihazınızın standart sertifika denetimiyle şifreli bağlantı (HTTPS) üzerinden bağlanır; hiçbir şey bizim bir sunucumuzdan geçmez.
Bu politikadaki değişiklikler
Uygulama bu politikayı etkileyecek şekilde değişirse bu sayfa güncellenir ve üstteki tarih değişir. Önemli değişiklikler uygulamanın sürüm notlarında da belirtilir.
